Symmetry Anesthesia

Why We Built Symmetry: Offering a Clinician-Led Approach to Anesthesia

By Andi Damron, MS, CRNA, APRN, Chief Anesthetist Officer

Symmetry was created with one core belief: anesthesia should be led by the people who know it best.

Phil Eichenholz, MD, and I saw firsthand how fragmented and transactional anesthesia delivery had become. Too often, CRNAs and anesthesiologists are forced to choose between autonomy and consistency, between flexibility and feeling like part of a team. So, we set out to build something different—with Symmetry.

At Symmetry, we’ve created a place where anesthesia clinicians can work at the top of their license, collaborate with people they trust, and still have time to live life outside the OR. That means real flexibility, meaningful schedules, and a focus on clinical excellence.

We’re not here to fill shifts. We’re here to build a team—one made up of skilled, respected professionals who care about the work and the people they do it with.

There are no barriers at Symmetry. We believe the right clinician should be in the right room, fully equipped to do what they were trained to do. No micromanagement. No red tape. Just mutual respect and high standards.

We’re building this for people we trust and admire—people we’d want in the room with us. And if that sounds like you, we’d love to talk.
