Need a Cost Estimate for Anesthesia?
We’re happy to help. Our Patient Advocate team can give you a cost estimate. To do this, we’ll need some details about your surgery. Please have this information ready when you call:
- Your name, birthday, address, and phone number
- The date of your surgery
- What the surgery is for – You can get this from your surgeon or hospital
- The name of the surgery or procedure – Ask your surgeon or hospital
- How long the surgery will take – This is called “OR time” and your surgeon or hospital can tell you
- The name of your surgeon
- The name and address of the hospital or surgery center
Once we have this information, we’ll give you an estimate within 2 business days.
