A seasoned healthcare operations executive, Jennifer brings nearly two decades of experience scaling complex clinical organizations, launching new service lines, and aligning care delivery models with hospital goals for access, quality, and financial sustainability. Prior to Symmetry, she held senior executive roles, leading enterprise staffing, implementation, and operational transformation across anesthesia, hospital medicine, critical care, emergency medicine, and telemedicine, supporting more than 4,000 clinicians nationwide. Known for her builder mindset and collaborative leadership style, Jennifer specializes in turning strategy into action—creating durable operating models, high-trust partnerships, people-first culture, and scalable platforms that support long-term growth.
