- Eligibility:
Referrals made on or after August 1, 2025 must meet the criteria listed below to qualify.
- Referrals can be made by any current employee or 1099 contractor of Symmetry (must have signed EA/ICA on file)
- Referral cannot be working at any current Symmetry or Baylor Scott & White facility
- Referral must sign as a full-time W2 employee
- Referring employee must still be employed at the time of the payout
- Previous Symmetry Employees/Contractors are not eligible to be a referral
- All referrals must be submitted using the form below
- Leadership and Program Chiefs are unable to qualify for referral bonuses at their facilities.
- Referral must not be an active candidate in the recruiting process
- Good for 6 months from the date of the referral logged in the system
- If the same individual candidate is referred by two different Symmetry employees/contractors, we will honor the employee/contractor who submitted their referral first, for a period of six months. After that six-month period expires, if the same candidate is referred again, the employee/contractor who submitted the new referral will receive the bonus.
- Symmetry Anesthesia reserves the right to make changes to the referral program at any time.
- Referrals made prior to the August 1, 2025 program launch do not qualify
